The Choirs
Vocal Ensemble - Soprano/Alto Choir. All freshmen and those new to choir.
Uniform - Singers may choose long navy dresses, provided by choir program OR black pants and long sleeved button down black shirt. Singer will be provided black vest and tie.
Concert Choir - Soprano/Alto/Tenor/Bass choir. All freshemen Tenors and Basses, sophomore-senior SATB.
Uniform - Singers may choose long black dresses, provided by choir program OR black pants and long sleeved button down black shirt. Singer will be provided black vest and tie.

Bel Canto - Advanced SSAA Choir. Audition only. Sophomore-seniors.

Madrigals - Advanced SATB choir. Audition only. Sophomore-seniors.
Uniform - Singers may choose formal dresses, purchased by students OR tuxes, also purchased by students.

MSVMA Honors Choir
MSVMA (Michigan School Vocal Music Association) Honors Choir is an extracurricular program that GLHS choir students can choose to participate in. There are three different levels; Regional, State and All-State. Auditions for Regional Honors Choir will be held in the choir room on Tuesday, October 2, after school. The HC info form has a REGISTRATION FORM for interested students.

Fundraising
We will start planning our annual GLHS Choir Fundraiser, DESIGNER PURSE BINGO! The event date is FRIDAY, MARCH 1, 2019. The first organizational meeting will be THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 7:00PM in the GLHS choir room. Meeting will not last longer than an hour. Please join us and help raise funds for students and the choir!
